There are lots methods to research the structure of protein, but the most proper is x-ray analysis. Protein crystallography is considered to be just a part of x-ray crystallography but it is truly significant. Protein crystallography is an excellent system of studying more about the secondary, and as it turned out triple structure of protein. Sometimes, on the basis of crystallography information it is possible do define the protein quaternary structure, but it is not always the case. In certain cases protein displays its different features, it depends on conditions. Folding of protein is the cardinal structural feature of protein molecule. Today many scientists attempt to complete the complex analysis of the protein function. They have already proved scientifically that all the essential data of protein can be found in its primary texture or in protein sequence. Read the rest of this entry »
