Humans interact in 3 major ways: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you care to make the right choice about your software technology, you have to get to know the differences that exist between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is about finding new information or establishing relationships. An example of a transactional interaction is when you go into the supermarket and get some goods for your cash.

Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the key objective of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from something non-secured and immaterial, for example, an idea, into something useful, for instance a design solution.

There are a number of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling events, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and harmonizing work of two or more departments or even companies.
